The launch party for The Crimson Woman blasted off at the fabulously wonderful and highly stimulating Venus Envy Sex and Bookstore in Ottawa on September 13, 2008. It’s an exhausting process taking a novel from conception to final presentation. Thankfully I was truly blessed. My amazing family, friends and strangers came out to help me celebrate, and to hear me read a spicy chapter. Thank you also to Ottawa poet, Mike Heenan, for being my special guest.
