Equinox

2025-05-12
He is allied to autumn,
a kaleidoscope of colour,
answering all questions about his type of man,
of bone, of flesh.

His taste is the orange in red,
dripping from withering leaves,
he lingers in my memory, a cloudy day,
when the sun hung only shortly.

To my heart, he speaks as light as a breeze,
that rustles the trees,
until sleeve is uncovered from leaf.
I give to him my all,

and he, to me, his delicate body,
is warmer in winter, when we are together,
we turn in the seasons
of lovers changing.
